The restaurant «Stübli» –- the authentic restaurant in Gstaad – since the beginning it remained the same way. Just for a drink, for lunch or dinner this is the place to enjoy local and regional cuisine.

Mr. Werner von Allmen, our kitchen head chef, orders only finely selected seasonal products. His dishes are a combination of traditional Swiss and his own new creations. Many recipes were almost forgotten in our modern society. But out of old cooking books from our grand grandparents, dating back to 1885, we found some delicious local dishes. Our selection offers you from a real Swiss cheese fondue to many other traditional, tasty choices.
